User Agreement
Last updated: 1 November 2026
For review by lawyer. This is a draft that describes what EaglesEntry does today. It is published so the structure and wording can be reviewed; it is not yet approved by counsel. Notes marked “For review by lawyer” show where counsel’s input decides the text.
For review by lawyer. Slovenia edition. The EU/EEA supplement applies: GDPR rights with a one-month reply, our EU representative’s contact, opt-in cookies, and the local data-protection authority as your complaint route. Read the country supplement
This is a contract between you and EaglesEntry. It covers everyone who uses EaglesEntry: job seekers (“members”), people who only browse (“visitors”), and recruiters, who also agree to the Employer Terms.
1. Contract
When you create an account or use EaglesEntry, you agree to this User Agreement, the Professional Community Policies, and, if you post jobs, the Employer Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data; you acknowledge it, you don’t agree to it as a contract term. If you don’t agree, don’t use EaglesEntry.
For review by lawyer: insert the operator’s legal name, legal form, state of formation and street address; confirm the order of precedence between this Agreement, the country modules and the policies.
2. Who may use EaglesEntry
You must be 18 or older to use EaglesEntry. We ask your age once when you sign up, before you accept these terms, and keep only the fact that you confirmed you are 18+, how, and when. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it. You may have one job-seeker account, in your real name, and you may not use EaglesEntry if we have restricted you from it. Recruiter accounts are separate, need a work email, and are governed by the Employer Terms.
For review by lawyer: the age gate is not yet live in the app; confirm the 18+ rule and the wording per country before publishing.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens through your account unless you close it or report misuse. Tell us your country of residence, because it decides which country-specific rules apply to you. Don’t share your account, and don’t use anyone else’s.
4. What EaglesEntry is, and isn’t
EaglesEntry is a job board for entry-level jobs. We show jobs that recruiters post here and jobs we find on employers’ own sites. For jobs we found elsewhere you apply on the employer’s site; we don’t send your data there. We are not an employer or an employment agency, we never charge job seekers to find work, and we don’t guarantee any job, interview or reply. Employers decide whom to interview and hire.
5. AI features
Match levels, summaries, translations, resume suggestions and Electron’s answers are generated by AI. They are estimates, they can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not decisions about you. Check important facts, such as pay, location and requirements, in the employer’s original posting. Electron is an AI assistant, not a person or an adviser; it doesn’t give medical, legal, immigration or financial advice.
Every AI feature has a switch (Settings › Data privacy › AI and automated decisions), and you can always ask a person to review, explain or correct something. Text and pitches AI drafts for you from your own resume belong to you; we claim no rights in them. No AI score, rank or summary about you is ever shown to an employer, and no application is rejected by a machine.
For review by lawyer: confirm the AI disclaimer against the AI providers’ required terms and any automated-decision rules in the countries where EaglesEntry is live; confirm the ownership clause against Base44’s terms on generated output.
6. Your content and our licence
You own your content. You let us host, process and display it, create match information from it, and send it to employers you choose, only to run EaglesEntry for you. We don’t sell it and we don’t train AI models on it. Some of our technology providers’ standard terms allow them to use customer data to improve their services; we are moving to contracts that exclude this, and the Privacy Policy names the providers.
For review by lawyer: replace with the firm version once the platform provider’s enterprise terms or a signed side letter exclude provider training.
7. Applications
When you apply in EaglesEntry you choose what is sent. Once sent, the application and the resume and pitch snapshot in it are a record that can’t be edited or deleted until its retention period ends; withdrawing changes its status only. Blocking the recruiter who posted a job doesn’t touch an application you already sent.
8. Blocking and personal safety
You can block another person on EaglesEntry. Blocking is between two people, it is immediate, and we don’t tell the person you blocked them except where we have to in order to run a shared company page. It stops personal contact and suggestions; it doesn’t remove a company’s jobs or your applications. Only you can unblock someone, and you then wait 48 hours before blocking them again. Blocking is your own tool; reporting asks us to act under section 9. How blocking works.
For review by lawyer: confirm the notice exception for shared company pages and whether a block must be disclosed in any country.
9. Moderation, reports and appeals
EaglesEntry is for real entry-level jobs. We remove jobs, recruiters and messages that ask job seekers for money, move them to chat apps or off-platform payments, pretend to be another company, discriminate, or break the law or our policies. We check every job a recruiter posts with automated rules and an AI reader before it goes live; a flagged job is held, and a person on our team decides. Automated checks never ban an account. Anyone can report something, with or without an account, at eaglesentry.ai/report. When we remove content or restrict an account we tell the affected person why and how to appeal; a different person reviews the appeal. Misusing reports or appeals is itself a breach.
For review by lawyer: EU Digital Services Act Article 14 content, UK Online Safety Act terms and the TAKE IT DOWN notice must be completed here; see legal-research/terms-content-inventory.md §3.2.
10. Ending this contract
You can stop using EaglesEntry and delete your account at any time in Settings & privacy. We delete your data within 30 days, keep applications you already sent until their retention date, and keep what the law requires. We may restrict, suspend or close your account if you breach this Agreement or the policies, if the law requires it, or to protect others; we tell you why and how to appeal, unless the law stops us.
11. Disclaimer and limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, EaglesEntry is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunities or the content of third-party listings. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
For review by lawyer: set the liability cap and the per-country variants (for example the German module wording).
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country; we can bring proceedings against you only there. There is no arbitration and no class-action waiver in these terms.
For review by lawyer: confirm governing law, forum and the no-arbitration position for each live country.
13. How to contact us
Use the report and contact form, or write to the address below.
For review by lawyer: insert postal address and the support and legal email addresses.
